About Brooke Frazier

Brooke’s passion for real estate was established at a young age after observing her parent’s success in
various real estate ventures throughout her life. This led to keen awareness of how to succeed by
investing in real estate. Not surprisingly, Brooke purchased her first home before the age of 30, and
subsequently earned her real estate license in 2017.

Brooke began her real estate career in property management, gaining a valuable understanding of
Poipu’s vacation rental market before transitioning to sales in 2021. Brooke’s sales experience includes
condominiums, single family homes and land, each offering their own unique challenges and rewards.

After graduating from San Jose State University, Brooke was recruited by technology giant, Sun
Microsystems in the Silicon Valley as an executive briefing coordinator, where she stayed for three years.
It was this experience that helped establish Brooke’s strong work ethic and effective communication
skills. These are skills she brings to the table each and every day, and is what truly sets her apart.

Brooke and her husband made their permanent move over to Kauai in 2012. When she’s not assisting
Buyers and Sellers, you’ll find Brooke at the beach with her family, snorkeling, stand-up paddling, or
hiking Kauai’s beautiful mountains and enjoying all that Kauai has to offer.
