My approach to selling is to evaluate both the market and your home. Together we will develop a game plan for preparing your home to sell quickly, for the highest possible price. 

The most important first step in preparing to sell is to understand your market. Is it a Buyer’s market, or a Seller’s market? What homes have sold most recently and how long did they take to sell? What properties will you be competing with, and what you can do to best prepare your home for sale? Once you have a clear understanding of the market, the rest will fall into place.

Often the way we live in our homes is not the way in which we want to present a home for sale. You must think like a Buyer. Recent sales reveal much about what Buyers expect in a home and what features will attract the highest price.

You’ve heard much of this before, but I can’t over emphasize enough the need to declutter. Think of it as the first step to moving. You are setting the intention to create the change you want, and it is powerful. The goal is to help Buyers see the home and feel the space without distraction. This will win you Buyers and I will work with you every step of the way to help you accomplish this goal.
